Multi fibre provides cellulose, pectin, omega oils, hemicellulose, lignin and gums. 100 Vegetarian Capsules

Per capsule:
Psyllium husk and seeds blend – 525mg
Flaxseed powder – 80mg
Fenugreek powder – 50mg
Apple pectin powder – 20mg
Fennel seed powder – 20mg
Rhubarb extract 30:1 (equivalent to 360mg fresh rhubarb powder) – 12mg
Prune juice fruit extract 5:1 (equivalent to 50mg fresh prune juice) – 10mg
Broccoli extract (0.5% sulphurophane) – 5mg
Carrot powder – 5mg
Fig fruit extract 4:1 (equivalent to 20mg fresh fig powder) – 5mg

Dietary fibre: 513mg per capsule.

Directions

3 – 8 capsules to be taken per day or as required.

To be taken with a minimum of 250ml of water and ideally before an evening meal (or total intake can be split over 2 meals).
