Shipping charges apply for UK orders and will be shipped via a Tracked Mail

Our dedicated team, ship orders every day from Monday to Friday (except for public and bank holidays etc). Most orders placed before 12am Monday – Friday are shipped the same day. All other orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed.

Parcel sizes

Most big orders will not fit through a letter box slot. If you are not in to receive your order, leave a note on your door. This will tell the postman to leave it with a neighbour. Alternatively, look for the Royal Mail “Not able to deliver” note and contact them ASAP for re-delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent back to us after 5 business days.

For UK orders, Royal Mail states that Tracked Mail is delivered within 1 – 3 business days. For full details, see the Royal Mail website.

Courier
If your UK order is heavy or valuable, we might ship it by courier. We will notify you via email if this happens. Then you will get a text message about 1 hour before delivery. This applies if you provided the correct email address and mobile phone number. Delivery by courier normally takes place the next day.

Please note: We post orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery times mentioned above are NOT guaranteed – they are just approximate times provided by the mail carriers. Once we pass an item to a mail delivery service company, we cannot control delays and delivery times. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays. We cannot take any responsibility for them. However, we will do everything we can to help you get your order in the quickest possible time.

Order status

You will receive 2 emails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address:

  1. The first email confirms that your order has been received. It will contain your receipt. This email should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  2. The second confirms that your order has been posted. This email should arrive within approximately 1-2 business days. It will be sent following authorisation of your credit card and verification of your information.

If you do not receive our emails, please look in your spam or junk folders. If they are not found in there, you may have typed in an incorrect email address. This could have happened when completing the order form email address field.

Please note: In some cases, Royal Mail do not leave an “unable to deliver” note. If your delivery has not arrived after 5 business days, first check your letter box. Look to see if an “unable to deliver” note was left there. If no note was left, contact your local post office or Royal Mail collection depot immediately. Your package will usually be awaiting collection there. If parcels are not collected within 7 working days, they are usually posted back to us. However, it takes around 30 days for us to receive returned parcels. In these circumstances, a delivery charge will apply to any orders that are required to be re-shipped to you.

Delayed, lost or confiscated mail

The time period for Royal Mail to accept that an item has been lost is 15 business days. This period starts from the delivery due date for UK mail. It is approximately 25 days for mail posted outside the UK.

When placing an order with us, please take care to provide your full and correct address. If parcels are lost because of incorrect address details, we cannot refund your shipping costs. This applies if shipping costs were applicable. You will need to pay for part of the re-stocking fee. It will be 25% of the amount you paid for the item(s) in your order.

You must ensure you are allowed to import any supplement you wish to purchase from the UK. This is your responsibility. Customs officials may return your order to us. This might occur if you did not have permission to import such supplements. It could also be because such supplements are banned in your country. In such cases, we will refund your order less the shipping costs incurred by us. Please check with your country’s Customs officials to make sure that you are permitted to import any supplement before purchasing.

Important notice: In rare instances, customs may confiscate shipments containing locally prohibited products from entering into their respective countries. If your shipment is confiscated in these circumstances, we accept no financial responsibility. Therefore, we will not offer any refunds for your order.
